Shipping & Pre-Order Policy

I run this shop on a pre-order model to keep things as sustainable as possible. Producing items only when they're ordered helps avoid overproduction and cuts down on unnecessary waste.

Production & Timelines

• Pre-order timeframe: Pre-orders usually take around 3 months to produce and prepare for shipping.

• Tracking: Every single order includes a tracking number, which will be emailed to you the moment your package is on its way.

Cancellations & Refunds

• If your order has not shipped yet during the 3-month production window, you can request a full refund at any time.

• Once your order has shipped and a tracking number is active, it can no longer be canceled or refunded.

Lost Packages

• If the shipping carrier confirms your package has been lost in transit, I will gladly resend your order. You will only need to cover the shipping cost for the replacement package.
