Order Cancellations

reason for cancellation.

If the cancellation is approved, we will notify you, and a full refund will be issued to
your original payment method.
No Returns or Exchanges

We do not work with returns, so an exchange of a product for any reason will not be considered once the order has been shipped.

Before making your purchase, please carefully review the product details and your shipping choice.
Shipping Responsibility

Once the package has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, our responsibility ends.

It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor the tracking information and ensure timely receipt of the package.

If the package is returned because the customer was not notified of its arrival or failed to collect it, this is beyond our control, and the customer must cover any additional reshipping fees.
Lost or Untracked Shipments

If you opted for an untracked shipment, the store is not responsible for losses or damages during shipping. We provide clear notices throughout the store about the risks of choosing the cheapest (untracked) shipping option.

If you opted for tracked shipping and the package is lost, you may request a refund or replacement. However, you will need to cover the reshipping fee for the replacement.
Refund Timeframes

Lost packages: You have 4 months from the shipping date to request a refund or replacement.

Defective products:

If your product is defective, you have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a refund or replacement.

After 15 days, you may be eligible for a partial refund based on the severity of the defect. Defective garments will be categorized as B Grade products, and the refund amount will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
